it works for me if I download itch.io itself and then download/launch it inside of the itch application. hopefully this works for you!

dont click the zip.
click the application that says newpsychengine or whatever.

i want to put psych engine in my usbbut everytime i boot it up and go to freeplay it chrashes please fix this :(
